Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 5-7 days of placing an order. Although orders may ship the same day, we want to allow some time to get to your order, in case of higher volumes.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ODID is not responsible for lost shipments or stolen packages. Claims must be made by the customer to the respective carrier.

We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer based upon their region.
