ODID Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for store credit only and must meet all of the following conditions:
• The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition, free of odors, stains, or damage.
• Items must include all original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Discounted or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Exchanges
We offer one-time size exchanges for eligible apparel, subject to product availability. Exchanges must follow the same conditions and timeline as returns.
If your requested size is not available, we will issue store credit for use on a future order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [info@odiddesign.com] within 5 business days of delivery. Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
We reserve the right to determine if the item qualifies for a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or otherwise deemed our error.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email once your return has been reviewed and your store credit or exchange has been issued.
Right to Refuse or Limit Returns
ODID reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions or if abuse of the return policy is suspected.
